A Fermented Tea, full of B vitamins and probiotics. Locally or Ontario grown fruits are used in the second ferment of the kombucha, to add flavour to the original fermented black tea. 8oz and 16oz bottles of small batch, locally brewed Kombucha.
During produce season locally grown fruits are purchased, then either froze or juiced then froze to keep stock for over those long winter months. Used right away during the on seasons :)
