Learn how to can peaches and pickles and a little about dehydrating your food too!

Oct. 13th: 1:00 - 4:00pm- Fermenting
Learn how to make sauerkraut and about effective ways to overwinter your food in a cellar.

Materials such as produce and containers will be provided, and come from Eat local producers, whenever possible. These will be hands on workshops so be prepared to do the work under direction and have something to take home with you. Food safety and shelf life will be covered.

Subscribing to a product is a commitment to the market. Each product you subscribe to is a legally enforceable contract for the term indicated when you sign up for that product. When you sign up, we reserve products for you for the season and rely on your upfront payment to purchase seeds and supplies for the season. We stand by the quality of our products. If you find any items missing or of poor quality, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We hope that you enjoy being a part of our CSA!

Please note that it is critical that you pickup your order during our pickup window. We can’t guarantee the quality of the product outside that timeframe. Please contact the Market Manager for more information about putting your subscription on hold or canceling your subscription.
