Roasted Top Sirloin of Beef with Dauphinoise Potato & Port Jus

Pan seared Trout with Celeriac purée & spaghetti squash
Both Served with Roasted Carrots and Parsnips.
Dessert Tasting Plate:
Mini Cheesecake, Maple Creams, Apple & Honeycomb Mini Tarts.
