About Us
We produce certified organic maple syrup from the forests of the beautiful Beaver Valley. Taste the difference quality makes!
Practices
Fully certified organic. It may seem that all syrup is organic - however, we are bound, unlike other producers, to:
- Sustainable practices in the forest. We do not remove competing trees. We have very regulated tapping guides and maximum taps per tree. 95% of our bush work occurs on foot.
- No chemicals present in our production process. Other producers have the option of using much more efficient and handy materials for cleaning their equipment, sanitizing drill bits during tapping, etc. We are bound by strict guidelines.
- Traceability of our product.
